The article is devoted to the study of digital methods of diagnosing the effectiveness of the educational environment focused on STEAM education in institutions of general education. The article examines a wide range of digital tools and methods that can be used to analyze and evaluate various aspects of learning, including the use ofsoftware, the availability and integration of digital resources, the use of online tools for diagnosing a STEAM-oriented learning environment. The main criteria for diagnosing the effectiveness of a STEAM-oriented educational environment are highlighted, such as the integration of the STEAM project into the curriculum, the stimulation ofstudent creativity and innovation, the active participation of students, the use of digital technologies, the satisfaction of participants, the results of student achievements, and digital diagnostic methods, such as line testing; surveying participantsin the educational process on web platforms; collecting analytical data of digital interactive platforms that provide analytical reports on student activity; the use of programs that record the time spent by students on websites or in programs used in education, etc. The authors highlight the prospects for further research, covering the monitoring of the STEAM-oriented educational environment using digital diagnostic methods to provide recommendations for the development of the educational environment of a general education institution. The results of the study can be used in determining the level of effectiveness and potential of digital technologies to improve the quality of education and the formation of key competencies of students and the development of digital literacy of teachers in the modern educational environment.
